If I could give Burga a million star review, I would! Not just for the case, which is stellar, but also for the incredible customer service, the likes of which you rarely see nowadays.
Firstly, the case is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The design is so vivid as to look real, and the craftsmanship is second to none. You can tell this is a genuine quality build. It's solid yet lightweight and fits my phone like a glove. It makes my phone look like a million bucks!
Secondly, I have to give the Burga customer service team a huge shoutout. I had an issue with the delivery of my case (stuck somewhere in no man's land), and on top of that I had purchased a different brand of mobile in the meantime. I was quite anxious about what to do next and contacted the Burga team for help. And the response I got was amazing. They immediately reassured me a new case would be sent to me straight away at no extra charge, and even agreed to change it to my new mobile's model. All with a smile and friendly efficiency. I was blown away, to say the least.
